• Roof terraces, Juliette balconies, Dormers, whatever the request maybe, will be reviewed by our planning consultant prior to submission to ensure minimal time wastage... 

 

• Due to our long standing and successful relationships with some of London’s largest boroughs and planning teams...We know what we can deliver, and we know what they'll reject.

 

• Once approval of your chosen design is in place we begin.
